Also known as Tinea Pedis, it is an infection caused by fungi, called mycosis by doctors. Its symptoms are redness, vesicles and cracks between the toes.

By walking barefoot in humid places where fungi can live or develop, such as: gyms, public toilets, swimming pools, among others. It can also develop due to a poor ventilation of the feet.

They can vary from one person to another but the most common symptoms are:

  • Itchiness
  • Burning
  • Bad smell
  • Excess sweat
  • Peeling
  • Redness
  • Fungicide: It is a substance that is used to prevent the growth of fungi. It helps treat athlete’s foot.
  • Antiseptic: Antimicrobial substance that is applied to a living tissue or on the skin to reduce the possibility of infection, inflammation or putrefaction.
  • Ventilate your feet every night and day.
  • Avoid walking barefoot in damp places.
  • Wear footwear and socks that prevent sweaty feet.
  • After showering, dry your feet with a very dry towel.
  • Regularly ventilate your footwear.

Remember that fungus lives in damp places, so try to keep your feet dry.
